The Monarch program has had dozens of girls who have continued their playing careers at the college level.
Papillion-Lavista High School and the Monarch softball program are proud to have had 4 of these former
players who have had the honor of representing their schools in the NCAA Women's College World Series.
 
Karissa Hovinga - Class of 2011
Karissa attended the University of Oregon and pitched for the Ducks in the 2012, 2014 and 2015 WCWS. 
 
Peaches James - Class of 2000
Peaches attended the University of Nebraska and pitched for the Cornhuskers in the 2002 WCWS.
